Jacks operate on the hydraulic principle. They are compact, small, lightweight, and easily portable tools. They are generally used on automobiles and tractors. Usage Instructions: Before use, determine the weight of the load you will lift. Never exceed the jack's load capacity. Select the lifting point according to the center of gravity; if necessary, place the jack on a hard surface. Place a hard board under the jack to prevent it from falling during operation. Before starting work with the jack, insert the notched end of the lever into the release valve. Turn the operating lever clockwise until the release valve closes. Do not overtighten the valve. Insert the operating lever into the socket. The lever rises with the up/down movement of the lever. Stop movement when the desired height is reached. While under load, slowly loosen the release valve by turning the notched end counterclockwise and lower the lever; otherwise, accidents may occur. When using multiple jacks simultaneously, operate all jacks with equal load and at equal speed. Use machine oil at ambient temperatures of -2 to 45 degrees Celsius, and synthetic spindle oil at ambient temperatures between -20 and -3 degrees Celsius.
